It is made for someone living in America while keeping in mind the special interests that Americans have for example: Breakfast recipes, many appetizers ideas, a wine suggestion for each entrée, and an expanded chapter on lenten or vegetarian food ideas.
The cookbook has 285 recipes and includes all the food that is made for the festival.
The cost is $17.00
